Janine began her career as a Controller for real estate development and property management companies. She ultimately segued into real estate, to join her family’s business, her father being a hotel/motel broker/investor and her mother being a highly-esteemed residential real estate agent.

Through her vast real estate network and through her social and community involvement, she has established an enormous base of contacts and clientele. As a Residential Real Estate Council Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a Founding Member of the LA/ Beverly Hills Women’s Council of REALTORS® serving on its Governing Board (Secretary, 2020 & 2021, Director of Membership, 2019), a California Association of REALTORS® State Director (Regional Representative of the Taxation and Government Finance Committee), and 2021 and 2022 Treasurer-Elect of the Greater Los Angeles REALTORS® Association (the 4th LARGEST California Realtors® Association), Janine has a huge network to whom she promotes her listings and to whom she can refer buyers, both locally and nationally.
